Alix Clark
Alix Clark started taking dance seriously when she was 13 years old. In 2008, she joined EPIK Dance Company. Through EPIK, she has been able to open up for artists such as Usher, Jordin Sparks, and Dierks Bentley, performed at multiple half-time performances for the WNBA Phoenix Mercury and Phoenix Suns, and has also done a promotional video for the movie, Step Up 4, with Stephen "Twitch" Boss. Also through EPIK, she has done many performances and workshops with underprivileged children. Now a Senior at Arizona State University, she is studying to get her Bachelor's degree in US History. She is currently dancing with EPIK Dance Company, the Be Kind Crew from the Be Kind People Project, and teaching at various studios throughout the Valley - including here at Mesa Arts Center, where she teaches Hip Hop.

Furthermore, I give consent for emergency medical treatment to the participant(s), no matter how severe. This waiver does not extend to any such claim or liability that is caused solely and exclusively by the gross negligence of the City of Mesa or its employees, supervisors, appointed officials, agents, representatives and volunteers.
